Description

This book is a used 1940 AMC White Mountain Guide, 11th Edition. A guide to the paths in the White Mountains and adjacent regions by the Appalachian Mountain Club. This is the flap variant, and it has two pockets (one in the front and one in the back). Overall the guide is in good condition for a 1940 edition. A name is written on the front inside cover, and the back inside cover has a little discoloration. The pages look to be clean and in good condition. Please look at all the pictures carefully, they are a large part of the description.

The maps included in this guide are in good condition, and there looks to be no pen marks on any of them. I have only opened the maps once to inspect the condition of each one. Black and blue pen marks can be hard to notice on guide book maps so it is possible that I overlooked any small pen marks that could be on the maps.
